50% is due at the time of booking. Second payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be collected automatically. Our nightly rates vary depending on seasonal demand and availability. 


Reservation charges include; but are not limited to, nightly lodging, 6% local lodging tax, a management fee and cleaning fees ($150 cleaning fee is standard). All fees are subject to local regulations and to change.


Guests will receive a full refund (with the exception of the 3% credit card processing fee) if the booking is canceled, in writing, within 48 hours of booking and at least 30 full days prior to the reservation date. Guests will receive a 50% refund for bookings canceled, in writing, less than 30 days prior to reservation date.

Cancellations within 7 days of reservation date are non-refundable.

Camp Hall-O-Way reserves the right to cancel a booking should the property become uninhabitable for any reason. We will not allow guests to stay if the condition of the cabin is dangerous or not fully operational both for your safety and ours. In this instance, the guest will receive a full refund.

Contact-free check-in is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check in details, including your door code, will be sent by email the morning of your arrival.

Check out is by 10:00 AM on the scheduled day; your access code will cease to work at this time. 


While we do love our furry friends, Camp Hall-O-Way has a strict no pet policy. If a pet is brought to our cabin, even to visit, it will result in guests being asked to leave the premises without refund plus the loss of security deposit in full. Additional charges may apply upon inspection.


Yes. The registered guest (reserving guest) must be at least 25 years of age. This guest assumes all responsibility and sole liability for any loss, injury, or accident suffered by all guests in your party while on the premises and for any damage or injury caused to the property or other persons. The reserving guest acknowledges the maximum capacity of 7 guests at any time. We do not allow additional guests beyond this amount. Additional guests beyond our maximum capacity can result in being asked to leave the premises without refund plus the loss of security deposit in full. Third party bookings (reserving the cabin for someone else to stay) is strictly prohibited.


We pre-authorize a $400 refundable deposit on the reserving guest’s credit card due 2 days prior to the reservation. The reserving guest must agree to be held liable for all damages to the property or other guests upon booking confirmation. The deposit will be released upon inspection of the cabin after check-out and up to 5 days post stay.


Camp Hall-O-Way and the surrounding property is smoke free.  All guests must be non-smokers.

The driveway to the cabin is steep and bumpy.  In light of this there are no motorcycles, boats, RVs or Trailers of any kind permitted. They simply won't make it up the driveway.  There are enough parking spaces for 3 vehicles so please plan accordingly.

Guests of all ages are welcome, however neither the cabin nor the property have been child-proofed. It is important for children to be supervised during their stay, especially around any fire feature and while exploring the natural terrain outside. There are fire features, an ungated hot tub, a two-story deck, a tree swing, as well as natural areas on the property that require direct adult supervision.


We provide child-friendly dishes in each cabin. Guests under 2 years of age do not count towards the occupancy limit.

We encourage guests to reach out directly right away if an issue arises during your stay with us. We will do everything in our power to remedy the situation to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible. We ask that all potential guests recognize our cabins are in close proximity to state parks and rural, off-grid areas. This on rare occasions, leads to intermittent loss of internet services and/or wildlife/insects on property. We take every precaution to ensure all issues are taken care of; however, we do not offer refunds for these types of instances. Upon booking our properties, you agree to hold land/property owners harmless if such/like issues arise.
